Graduating in Commerce and Law from Delhi University, Mr. Mahesh Thakur started his professional career under the mentorship of Justice P. Vishwanatha Shetty (Retd), who was practicing at the Supreme Court of India at New Delhi. Presently he is working under the guidance of Senior Counsel Shri Shashikiran Shetty. Mr. Thakur has a standing of more than 12 years at Bar and he is the Advocate-on-Record at Supreme Court of India. Apart from dealing with matters at Supreme Court, which include Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Transfer Petitions and statutory appeals, both on civil and criminal side, Mr. Thakur appears at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and various tribunals like NCLAT/NCLT Delhi, NGT, NCDRC/SCDRC, DRT/DRAT, PMLA, APTEL, RERA and all the District Courts within the jurisdiction of Delhi and NCR
