Latha Shetty has graduated from the Bangalore University, Bangalore and has over twenty years of experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Started her career under the Aegis of Justice P. Vishwanath Shetty (Retd) and Senior Coucil Shashikiran Shetty. She has represented in several cases the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka and various Trail Court/ Courts of First Instance/ Preliminary Courts and different consumer forum/ commercials, Labour Courts, Magistrate Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals and the NCLT in Bangalore and several other states. Appearing in matters pertaining to writ petitions, writ appeal, M.F.A, R.S.A and Public Interest Litigation is her specialty and she has vast experience in matters involving Writ Jurisdiction.
